There’s a big gap in the marketplace that we’re aiming to fill
– Roger Sholanki |
Book4Time has announced the launch of Day & Resort Passes on its award-winning platform to help hotels and resorts drive staycation business.
This latest update offers clients enhanced flexibility by allowing them to set precise metered-entry periods, capacity limits for different guest types, and customisable packages. These features enable hotels and resorts to craft and promote staycation experiences, incorporating amenities like pool and beach access, cabana and daybed reservations, as well as enhancements in spa and food & beverage services.
Importantly, these capabilities seamlessly integrate into Book4Time's existing suite, complementing its comprehensive functionalities such as spa scheduling, yield management, dynamic pricing, inventory management, and a robust point-of-sale system.
This consolidation into a single platform streamlines operations for properties, simplifying the management of all non-room inventory.
Furthermore, beyond facilitating staycation initiatives, this update expands Book4Time's reach to cater to the needs of the Nordic and thermal/hot springs spa market, extending its spa and wellness capabilities to a broader clientele.
According to the Global Wellness Institute, Nordic and thermal spas are the fastest-growing segment within the wellness industry.
“Nordic Spas, where guests cycle between hot and cold pools, saunas and steamrooms, have become hugely popular both here in Toronto and globally, and there’s nothing today that is purpose-built for the market,” said Roger Sholanki, CEO at Book4Time.
“There’s a big gap in the marketplace that we’re aiming to fill.
"With hotel revenue managers looking at creative ways to drive total revenue, we’re excited to enable this new functionality for day and resort passes.”
